This was an amazing project to do, the client wanted and office and snooker/games room in one.  It was very fun to construct in the American style where the frame is erected then clad on site.  The snooker table weighs 2 tonne, so you will notice we have to put footings in to take the weight!

What a stunning location, I think you will agree!
